International Research Journal of Management and Humanities (IRJMH) is a biannually International peer reviewed journal published by “Siddharaja Educational Services”, Sivakasi. The aim of this Research Journal is to share and link the Social Science, Humanities and Management students and faculties, their views all over the world. The Research Journal is a nonprofit unit of “Siddharaja Guruji Charitable Trust”. This nonprofit trust has been started to serve the poor people and deprived students socially and economically. This Journal is managed by professionals in the field of Management, Humanities and Social Sciences.

The IRJMH publishes original papers, review papers, conceptual framework, analytical and simulation models, case studies, empirical research, technical notes etc. The IRJMH provides a common forum where all aspects of humanities and social sciences are presented. Every submitted article in the IRJMH is acknowledge with in  ten hours of receiving the article and  acceptance and rejection of article is intimated within seven days of submission. The main strength of this journal is the fast reviewing process, without compromising the quality of the research article. The reviewing process generally takes one month. The submitted article should not be considered by any other publication
